SWANN Fitness for Women Centres is designed to suit the needs of women in order to help enable them to become more active and lead healthier lifestyles. Our unique exercise system and educational programs are tailored to help women maximize their time and focus on their health & fitness needs.

We help women achieve their goals by combining 3 types of training:
The first station, which is the stationary bicycle, raises the pulse to a sustained heart rate of 120 beats per minute.
With the pneumatic muscle-building machines, you can concentrate and isolate a particular muscle, making it stronger, thus, protecting the joints and tendons which, if not properly supported due to a lack of exercise, become fragile. You can progress at your own pace, adjusting the weight to suit your needs. 15 machines take care of the main muscles of the body.
The Step aerobics raises the pulse rate to enable maximum calorie loss.
The 31 stations, including 1 pulse rate monitor can be used twice. The training time should not exceed 30 minutes, including warm-up.
For beginners, 1 round and a stretching period is sufficient.
